It is a web based application. The wiring diagrams will not render when opened using any other browser. Ford has suggested that a user can download a version of IE 9 or hgher and use that as the vehicle to operate the technical data site. OR You can configure Win 10 to open a specific program in a previous Windows «session». No idea how to do that?
